Emibra’s Human Resource’s main goal is the collaborator’s compromise, valorization and welfare, following the principle that they are important integrants of all the company’s process. Training courses and workshops are constantly offered to the sectors in order to improve and develop the responsibility of each charge.

The Human Resources section offers some programs such as “coffee-break, suggestions programs, birthday celebrations, responsibility evaluation” some tools that provide motivation to the employees.

OLife quality has Emibra’s special attention through the orientation program and labor exercises, which promote health and welfare in several areas.
Besides these programs, there is the “Improvements group”, formed to make the new concepts implementation easier, where the primer was the elaboration of a game with the titles: Assertiveness and Resilience
