By having as strategic focus to put on market products that satisfy the highest quality standards, assuring the environmental preservation, Emibra conquered in December 2000 the certificate of Quality Assurance System, according to ISO 9002:94 certification. In December 2003, the company received the certificate of Environmental Management System, for the respect and preservation of nature, according to ISO 14001:96 certification, becoming one of the first press in the country to have the certificate of Integrated Management System, ensured with the change to ISO 9001:2000 certification in December 2003.

Concerned about its continuous development, Emibra invests constantly in the improvement of its technological resources, in the qualification of its collaborators, through the acquisition of new technologies or training courses, aiming at modernization and learning, contributing for the satisfaction of its customers and the environmental preservation.


Concerned about the security of the products of its customers, EMIBRA makes efforts to develop its whole graphic complex, since the awareness of its collaborators until investments in improvements in the plant, to ensure the commitment with the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).


PAINT LAB

Emibra counts on a paint lab equipped with accuracy instruments for paint analysis and printed, providing control and inspections to guarantee the quality pattern demanded by the company. Besides, it optimizes the storage and enables the paint to the production after the analysis, avoiding the waste and promoting fewer residues./p>

GREEN STAMP

Emibra believes in future because it defends life. Defending life is to take care of environment with practical actions and results. For believing in a better future, the company has conquered the right of using the green stamp, which assures that Emibra is an ecologically correct company. After one year dispensing garbage to Druck Chemie, the responsible for this certification, it was proved the inexistence of irregularities in the separation or storage processes.

COLORIMETRY CONTROL

Meeting the needs of our customers and following the market technological evolution, EMIBRA developed a color control process based on the "L", "a" and "b" variables, using the X-RITE COLOR MASTER software. Through the X-Rite Spectrodensitometer equipment, it is possible to analyze the characteristics of the printed colors, for a more accurate approval of the customer-defined standard, ensuring a greater confidence in our services.
